In 2021 Margherita Paleari was asked by Fattorie Garofalo to design the identity of the new sub-brand Bufala di Fattorie Garofalo. At the same time, she curated the look&feel of the first stores that opened in Napoli and Torino, and the Firenze kiosk. The project included the design of the packagings, the staff uniforms and the in-store communication.
In the following years, the same retail format was implemented in various stores around Italy (Milano Centrale and Milano Linate, Torino Caselle, Napoli Centrale and Napoli Capodichino, Roma Centrale and Roma Fiumicino).
